Looks amazing. With all that extra room inside, some good foam padding may help with heat distribution and absorbing sweat. Or maybe a couple of those mini blue-ice packs could be mounted in a foam area to keep cool.

that might work, but id think it be more uncomfortable.

Possibly, but I think the discomfort could be minimized enough that the cooling benefit would outweigh the slight discomfort (probably due to the bit of added weight.)
I'm thinking with the foam padding, cut a recessed area sized just to the ice packet, then re-insert the foam "plug" so you have the cool ice "inside" the foam.
Not sure if that explains it so well, but I've got some foam and lots of the little ice packs and might try it out and post pics. The individual ice packs are just slightly larger than a ketchup packet so they can be separated and inserted/removed conveniently.

What we need is to install some sort of liquid cooling system in the entire suit like they use in computers. Have tubes of coolant running throughout the suit and cowl to distribute the nice coolant.
