..and just for you Ink & Brin...lol, (I hate taking pics of myself  ), here is this sucker on me. I'm 5'10 and a fairly athletic 195lbs and have a 23.5" head, and this is not padded. So you can see it's a fairly large cowl, but with some padding should fit just about anyone.

Looks great on you Jeff! Man, Christian has a HUGE head. Was this casted off a Foam Latex cowl or the mold for that? There would be a reason of it is the mold for the foam, to allow shrinkage, but if it was casted off the foam one, Christian's ego is going to his head
