Just under 5.11 barefoot and 170 lbs. I think the TDK suit would fit, you can go ahead and box it up. I'll send you my address.

I noticed that too. I thought about playing around with it to see if I can get them to curve a little. My favorite thing about the cowl is the nose area, how it kind of looks flat across the face there in certain lights. Really reminds me of how the cowl looks in the bank vault scene in TDK. Nothing compares to wearing the foam cowl, but I'm pretty sure I'll have to go back to urethane. The cowl hates my cape clips, its starting to wear against them. I'm using Keith's clips now. But man, its going to be hard to give up wearing the foam.
