As promised a quick breakdown of how the parts came to be:
Torso/ Forearms/ Calfs: Calipered real foam latex piece enlarged and sculpted and molded by none other than Bob D
Legs & Knees: Base masters provided by MrX. Then body shopped/sculpted for accuracy , finished, repainted, and molded by myself.. Big thanks to Jay for the super rare shots of the rear, (try and find some if you don't believe me), and I was lucky to get a couple more as the project went on.
Undersuit: designed by myself, fabricated by Mary
Belt: Batshop, refined and molded by myself
Emblem: Batshop, refined and molded by myself
Fins: Batshop, refined and molded by myself
Cowl: Batshop, refined and molded by myself
Cape: RD
Boot armor: RD
Shin armor: Cadded from screen shots courtesy of Mr.X
The molds are here to stay now and all castings are done here at the UIFX studio. 
** A huge shout out to Thuth for providing many of these film pieces.

Haha.. thanks man.. that is a copy of Bobs new Keaton sculpt. I have a master and permission to produce them, but I think you can handle anyone that needs a Keaton head or bust, I have too many other molds on the go.

WoW, I was wondering who had been keeping Bob busy. He did a kick ass job on this one.
Are you offering the capes and if so are the coming off a mold of the RD cape and offered by itself?

Ya Huds, he did a sweet job on the torso, he is the best in the bizz at capturing the right feel for the shoulders and chest area... his torso's always seem to have the right vibe, aside from being a friend, that is why I went with him for that piece.
Yes, the capes are the product of a mold made of a screen used Returns cape. I was considering a separate cape run, if we can get 5 or 6, I will make it happen.

Here you go -- I added some shadow to separate it from the background a bit, but can remove it if you want it purely yellow. I also did some minor color correction, bue the original is so dark, there is some grain in the darker areas which doesn't look too great.
If you can get some better original shots that show the suit's crisp lines, I can separate them from the background again.
