Tease.... this is going to be incredible, believe me. A quick note on size, it will be big, I will likely have an option for the smaller guys too, possible latex. The first run will likely be urethane using newly developed undersuits with cooling, and a new glue method using urebond done on the lifecast so they will move nice, and never fall apart.

Nice. Returns isn't my thing, honestly, but some of the Returns stuff coming does look good. What do we have, like 4 people now doing Returns? Not that I'm saying that's a bad thing. I think the more variations we get of any suit is a great thing. Jeff, Are you going to be doing boot spats also? Just out of curiosity-

Just to clarify, the armor is a sculpt. The torso was based on meticulous, calipered measurements of a real foam torso from the studio. Other pieces such as the belt, emblem, fins, ect... will be pure RD pieces.
This had to be done because the real torso's are just too small for most guys. IMO it is exactly the same as the real thing, but larger. I do want to clarify this point right now though because naturally some will question the label "RD" since it is not a direct recast of the real piece.
Everything else will be revealed, and details given on the origins of every piece and how they came to be. There is no reason to try and hide anything, this suit will be killer and a source of pride hopefully for many to enjoy when complete.

I wasn't going to show more until next week, but what the hay.... This was just a test fit. Based on this, a sculpt of the cowl was done to fit this torso Exact, made just for it. There will be 2 or 3 cowl options, we'll see what is the best option, I also wanted a cored mold using a keaton core. Everything is being done to insure this suit is the best it can be when complete.
