Unused Batsuit Designs/Sculpts
I know there were several designs of the suits for every film that did not get used, does anyone have any pics of them?....cowls, suits, whatever you got.

Here is a few diffrent sculpts of the Robin suit for Forever that didnt get used, Big belt, Sculpted in Robin emblem rather then the seperate one, Diffrent Cod and slightly changed Pecs and Muscles. The whole Robin suit including the Mask was sculpted by Miles Teves except for some finishing touches that Jose Fernandez had to do on the Robin Mask sculpt because Miles got sick in the last minute. Both Miles and Jose tryed very hard to convince Joel to not have the Nipples on the suits.
Sonar Cowl with Chin flap that never got used, The Sonar suit was originally supposed to be all black too, Wich they eventually did in Looney Tunes: Back in Action.
Here is a Panther Cowl that never ended up on Screen. Bob D who visited the Batshop in pre production saw the sculpt or resin master of it including other designs of the Panther. In some early studio pics of Val Kilmer in the suit it do look like he is wearing this cowl or another Panther Cowl Design. This is one of those cowls in Foam Latex that was on eBay a few years ago, The Batshop did make a few of them and that strongly suggest the weird looking Panther cowl Kilmer wear in some shots are this design or a earlier version. A member on BOTB own one of these cowls and the quality photos i have seen of it, it is understandble why they did not use it. My own theory is that they had to do a early photoshoot of the Suit prepping for filming (Testing how it looks in studio lightning) and maybe even for publicity shots? The final Panther cowl design was probably not done yet so they most likley used one of the early designs in the test photos of the suit.
This is a low resolution pic and zoomed in but it do look like Kilmer is wearing one of the early designs, Maybe not the one above but an even earlier design. What he is wearing in this shot is definetely not the one he wears on screen.

Hey! Look at the pecs and shoulders on that little sonar- obviously a precursor to the Begins suit! The pec shape/cut underneath and the shoulders could almost directly replace a Begins chest! Weird....
