You are right, it is there, I hadn't noticed it before. Not knocking your work at all Bob, your stuff is usually better than the batshop guyz.

I'm looking forward to seeing a pulled cowl, are there any plans to get it under silicone soon? And like the others mentioned, are you going to do a neck? Also, what size head will it fit?

ya, will be doing the neck.
the first foam piece is in the oven right now.
the guys in the batshop didn't do the Nolan stuff. It was done at Capetown, in the U.K. Graham Churchyard, head of shop.
Head size of the core is 23.5" opening and face reinforced with 4-way powernet, and spandex thoughout.

23.5"'s is perfect! Bob, how will you get the TDK cowl to have that smooth, darker finish in foam?

Ya, the neck will be foam as well.
From what I gathered, on the RD suit at WB, it was foam wherever it could be foam. Not sure I would go that far, we'll see, but there are some areas besides the head and neck that should be foam. I think.

dude, I gotta get the details on the tumbler. What chassis is it built off of, what kind of motor, what build materials etc. I'm dying of curiosity here.

sorry, found the details on another thread. Awesome man, just awesome. Though only a 3 speed?
