I still don't think it comes with the figure. I think it is just stating that the figure will fit in it.
But, if I'm wrong...I'm buying from your guy!
edit: I swear I think previews magazine said that the original costume version woud be shipping again in Oct. Not 100% on that, but it's what's keeping me from shelling out the average selling price of 230.00 for it.

Jeff,
I read that as "the tumbler, is perfectly scaled to the 12" figure"...
I have not seen the tumbler or the POD sold with a figure yet... and i think you will be receiving a tumbler only LOL. Sorry, no one to drive your tumbler..
I can tell you where i got mine from, was in the usa.. i had it in 2 days.. and they I sent them to check the pics here and they offered to do a little better on the batpod.. perhaps if we both take one, we can get an even better price?

I read it that way too, but then I asked dude and he said yes. Now I am thinking it is a scam and it wont come with it though...lol
