posticon ARMOR MOUNTING GLUE

Anyone know what glue should be used to mount urethane armor to a 2mm neoprene undersuit?

Depends on how you plan on mounting it - right on yourself or on a mannequin?
Ure-bond II from Smooth-on is a great product but takes a bit to cure so you may not want to be wearing the suit while waiting.
A flexible super glue like BSI Insta-Flex works very well for either application.

Most commonly used (and what I used to mount my 89 urethane to my KB 2mm neoprene suit) is Loctite SuperGlue Gel. Works great, works fast. Doesn't require too much either. Just a thin line around the edge of the armor. Definitely helps to be wearing the neoprene suit while it's being glued down, and have help from at least one other person to apply the glue while you act as the mannequin. That way it's held in place exactly where it will be when being worn.
