I'm after something..
I want to go simple for Halloween this year.. I want to creat the outfit that is worn on the frozen lake in Begins. Anyone tackle this yet?
Ideas for the materials? looks like cow hide of some sort..

I have nothing of importance to suggest or any idea on how to make a costume... let alone that particular.. but it's a cool idea Keith! I def have not seen anyone do that one yet. The gauntlets with the ornate pattern on them are still floatin' around somewhere on the interwebs. Good luck!

cool! yeah, i think that without those gaunts, many people might not realize what costume it is... i could be wrong, but my eyes are definitely drawn to those puppies when i see the costume and i instantly would identify it as Bruce Wayne's training costume from Begins. Can't wait to see how this comes together for you!

BTW... i'm putting together a new costume myself. I'm a huge Star Wars fan as well and designed a custom Sith costume that a friend of mine is putting together.. i'm creating my own persona instead of cosplaying a major Sith character. And i plan to attend Comic Con San Diego 2014 in said costume :o) Can't wait!
