Sorry for the hiatus!
Busy with a new baby boy, amongst other things. Here's a test I did with the accessories I've molded so far. Keep in mind these are the Begins color, and not quite dialed in exactly. Also, I did them in a flat finish and now think they may need to be done in satin.....comments welcome 
I've also cold cast some rails with aluminum powder like I planned and they've turned out great in my opinion. once I buff them out I'll post images of those as well. I've found a company that offers ferrous metal powders and have some samples coming now. If they look as good as the aluminum ones, I'll have rails that will accept the magnetic pull from the accessories! YAY!!
The rest of the belt is still in the molding process, and I am still waiting on the rail cars from the printer. After that it'll be go time! (at least for Begins....LOL)

Biding my time until more molds are complete.....bezels.....
.....again, these are in the Begins color. I want to reiterate that I'm going off of the hero belt (which is rarely seen) that has multiple colors going on, unlike the stunt belts that are solid rubber and one color. Critiques again are welcome, but unlike the accessories, I'm 99.9% sure this is the correct color. I'll see if I can get permission to share cropped portions of my "secret" photos to reassure everyone of the color.

This is a well known shot from an old SDCC. Blown up and cropped to show the color. May have been different lighting which will account for the slight variance.....

Hi Everyone!
I'm so thankful to all of you for the positivity! And I apologize profusely for the lack of updates.
This is what I can say to date. I've been working hard to perfect the molding process for these. I want it done right, everything will be box molded, not just the necessary parts, but EVERYTHING, which means I will not be relying on my hand to finish of the backs of pieces from flat molds. Every piece will come out identical. Also have figured out how to get little to no flashing again meaning less prep work and variance from piece to piece. It was important to me because I spent considerable time initially on the masters, why rush the molding process and get inferior pulls.
Second, I've received some ferrous metal powders to test in cold casting the rails. I am very hopeful it will solve the problem of attaching the begins accessories while eliminating the need for machining metal rails and upping costs in the process.
My hope is to share images of a few molds this weekend, and pulls from those molds early next week....so stay tuned.
