Wow, Rick the difference is dramatic. I too have one of these, but have nothing to compare it to. It fits in the emblem cavity of Bob's Panther perfectly though!

Eden, I have a floating 2 piece that fits perfectly in that chest. I think i'm getting another one soon, so i can send you this one if/when i get the other one.

See thats weird eden becausee my smaller one fits the chest cavity I can fit the bigger one but it take a little stretching in the part of the chest cavity. I love both though but I never really compared them when I used to have a janty emblem and this one. I just did it watching these recent threads and compared the larger one compared to the one I got from a guy who actually comes through LOL.

So does mine, but it fits a lot better once in the cavity. I dunno, but It's my first RD, so it's special for me. Now to many more haha.

Hey Darkone78,
is yours a 2 piece or a 3 piece. Looks like it's the 3 piece RD emblem which has separate base, ring and bat by looking at the bottom pic (I assume it's the top one). Looks just like the one I have. Still has the holes in the back where the original real one that it was cast from would have been attached to the rest of the suit.
They are nice if that's the one you have. Mine was my first ever bat prop, unfortunately I just recently had a frend over who accidentally dropped my henry wayne panther belt buckle on top of it, breaking the base of the bat (tail). Not happy at all, as they are rarely seen these days. Going to try to fix it up with some glue. It's a display only piece, as it currently doesn't fit in the panther chests I own (just slightly too big).
Definitely will have to eventually get one of these 2 piece emblems from you Jeff. They really do look amazing. I concur, would love to see a pic all painted up.

Yep mine is the 3 piece. It has the notches in the back I alwayws wondered what the hell they are. LOL the thing that sucks is that this thing was so beat up way back when i got it that I hand to sand it so much the ring does not match the base evenly. there are a few gps all around. I tried to get it to match but then the base in the middle started getting really thin so I said screw it.
