Re: My Panther suit build
There are several larger Panther cowls available out there that will fit 24" and even 25" heads. I believe it's the 2nd version Bob D Panther cowl that will fit up to a 25" head assuming the cowl cast a little thinner in shore 40 urethane. I couldn't have a bigger mellon (8 hat size) and was able to get this sucker on without any issues. The RD Panthers are some of the tiniest RD cowls - 23.5" is about the max they will take (especially as cast/poured by people like Jeff who run them thicker)
There is also the ''Hudson82" Panther cowl out there that is even larger and looks damn good for a non RD piece.
