An introduction
Hi everyone. I just wanted to say hello and introduce my-self. My name is Phil, I'm 43. I've always loved the idea of Batman, but was never really pulled in to it until Begins in 2005. I've played D&D since 1975, so role playing has always been something that I've enjoyed. After TDK in 08 I stared thinking about how cool it would be to have the
TDK suit for Halloween (My Family and I have always been huge Halloween fans.). So here I am perusing the boards and learning a lot !
You seem to be a bunch of top notch guys here, so I've no doubt I'll be welcomed with open arms.
My Daughter, who is 12, is already a very good artist. I have no idea where she got the ability, but any one who sees her work is highly impressed. You know where this is going huh? Child labor any one? LOL ! I'm joking of course. Any way I had her look at the TDK cowl and asked her if she thought she could sculpt it out of clay in prep for a mold. She said "That? That's easy." Well see. I'm hoping to have her start on it in the next week or two. My ultimate hope is to have a TDK Suit by the Movie opening in July, with her by my side as a young Bat-Girl. But I think that may be a bit out of reach at this point. We'll just take it one step at a time though.
Any way, hello to every one here at the boards. I hope to get to know you all at some point.
