is this guy as bad as what you all say he is coz i just gave him $1350 3 weeks ago for a 89 suit....i payed with paypal but to his friends account...please help me

If I were you= and i was a few years back=
I would give him until friday to have ALL of your armor in your hands. NOT a tracking number, not a song and dance.
If your !@#$ isnt here friday= immediately file with paypal for a refund.

he told me he is waiting for my undersuit and to make the legs...i told him i needed it all before the 15th jan as i have a costume party...as im in australia i know the postage would take longer...the person who referred him to me received all his stuff straight away...????

Wog mate,
there are many batfans here & on other boards that could tell you stories or "pirate tales" concerning our dealings with Janty. Unfortunately 98% of them do not have a happy ending.
Hopefully yours will be the exception but please do take KB's sensible advice & after that forget JC exists. You can & will be much better taken care of here in the Cave.

File a dispute immediately. Hopefully you used a credit card and can issue a chargeback and get your cash back. I can't believe he is still at it. Who referred you to him?

an undersuit would take at max 15 days to get, the entire suit of rubber takes less than 5 days to run, pull, trim and glue, so in 20 days any artist can make a full wearable suit and have it to you via priority mail in less than 30 days
but you didn't know that, and he preys on people not knowing that, and then the 45 day paypal protection is gone and he doesn't have to make you anything ever
he has done this to countless close friends on the boards without a second thought, and you don't even know him so that makes it even easier for him to screw you over without a second thought
the reason he had you pay his friends paypal is because his is either frozen for fraud investigation or canceled by paypal for fraud complaints, what he is doing right there is illegal under paypal's terms, and can actually be prosecuted under international fraud
his favorite thing to do if you file a complaint is get you a tracking number for your order, and only ship you 25-50% of what you ordered, so that he can show paypal that he shipped, then you'll close the complaint and then get the shipment, but it won't be all of the things that you paid for, something critical will always be missing, but now you can't do a damn thing about and paypal will do nothing to help you, to get money back or anything that doesn't stop him from doing this over and over and over to more people.
do the smart thing and just get your money back in full now, because even if he gets you any parts they will not be of quality because he will either rush them and make them sloppily or one of 100 other negative things that will leave you with pieces missing or parts that tear easily or that are different colors etc etc etc etc
no matter what, the chances of you being unhappy is 99%, that you know someone who actually got what they ordered from him means there was either a blue moon or it was really really cold in hell for a day
you can get all of same things janty offers from credible people between this board and a couple others, from people who haven't made a living over the last 5 years of stealing 10's of thousands of dollars from people who never saw it coming and who can do nothing to get their money back
