Returns Cowl
This first set above is my old Stephan cowl... Notice how flawless it is. BOTH ears are straight. Not a one is misshapen. The thing was huge. I miss it.

Re: Returns Cowl
Wow, that does look flawless... Do you remember how big it was able to fit in head size? 24 inches perhaps?
I wonder if its as big as my bd89 urethane cowl. That sucker can fit a 24, easily.

Re: Returns Cowl
I'm almost positive it would. My dullam '89 cowl was huge on the inside to where i could turn my head in it, unless I put a foam pad in it. That returns cowl was the same way. Much different than my RD, which is tight on me.

Re: Returns Cowl
The one I cast is huge too, 24.5" easily. I actually cast them a little thicker unless guys have a huge head though, so they fit better.

Re: Returns Cowl
I wonder who made my Returns cowl. I got mine from the Paul'meister (PJ).

I can attest to that! Your Returns cowl is one of the few that actually fits me well. I may actually put a little padding in the back of the head it's so roomy! I love it!

Re: Returns Cowl
Like I said before, that is beautiful looking. Please be sure to send me info once you're ready to cast another.

Re: Returns Cowl
Nice looking cowl Shawn, having one in matte as an option is a good idea. Well, if this is the Returns cowl thread, I should show the beauty my mold produces.
